What could be improved
I complained to this hospital about waiting times and the standard of complaint handling was as bad as the level of service in the hospital.
When someone complains it is because they are not happy, to not to respond to e-mails only compounds the issue. Tell the complaint when they will receive a response and don't leave them guessing.ComplaintsWaiting timesService
