The support has been good, the rehab good and wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.  Coming here helps as I can talk to someone and has helped to motivate me to keep busy.  I’m now going to the gym!

Its great you have come back from rehab and back to the service to keep your recovery going. keeping the motivation going is hard so well done and changing lifestyles like going to the gym really does help.

If you want to get involved with helping others speak to your keyworker. As you will know we run a pre rehab group and they would love people to speak to them about the experience.
