Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent attendances at the hospital.

We were sorry to learn of the difficulties you encountered and have shared your comments with the staff.

However, if you would like to discuss your experiences in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01892 632953 or email mtw-tr.palsoffice@nhs.net, where a member of staff will be happy to help.

With kind regards, The PALS Team.
