My husband (dementia sufferer) was in for some work on his feet.
We sat were we always sit for appointments....and then we’re subjected to a rude, unhelpful person who made us feel as though we were an inconvenience.
Berating us for being in the wrong place, talking down to us and making us feel awful.
Another patient commented on them always being horrible...so it seems it’s not a one off bad day.
They were rough handling and taking no care of their treatment of my husband during the foot work and we came away feeling awful.
Such a shame as previous staff there have always been lovely.
We are usually well treated with care, respect and professionalism that helps with My husband dealing with the situation.
This last visit has upset him and can now make it difficult for future visits.
I am putting in a complaint through the ICA but felt the need to express Myself here too.
"Unhelpful and unpleasant person dealt with us."
