About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I wanted to thank in particular David and Doreen, the two nurses who looked after me when I attended the Minor Ops Unit at Forth Valley.   

I arrived early  for my appointment and David came out 5 minutes before appt time, shook my hand and thanked me for being prompt.  He then explained the whole procedure.  I hardly felt the  local anesthetic and felt no pain through the procedure.  He chatted to me through the procedure which was an effective distraction.  

All in all the care made the procedure very straightforward, so many thanks.
