"Wrong tablets dispensed"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I met with a cardiologist last year on a routine cardiac follow up examination who failed to have an ECG carried out. When questioned why I was told that the previous one was up to date. I was asked if I had any pain at all, to which I answered yes but it is the sternal wires from a previous procedure and manageable.  The doctor insisted that I had angina which I said no not angina. I was prescribed medication which I believe caused me to have heart failure and 2 weeks in hospital where I also caught MRSA. I have not fully recovered yet.

I had an Angiogram at Barts and found that I did not have Angina.

No one will listen to my complaint.
