The approach by Paula has been holistic and has always offered information, listened intently and never makes a judgement.

From feeling down on my first visit to feeling a lot better within myself I feel that this professional has made a difference in the right way.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

If there is other ways to recognise Paula’s care I would be so happy to pass it on. All the staff and facilities are of the highest standards.
