"One staff member in particular really stood out"

I came in today with my partner feeling sad and anxious as I emotionally wanted to not do this but knew it was best for my situation and for the future of this child. I have generalised anxiety disorder and was really worried about the treatment but one staff member - whom I wish I knew the name of! really stood out to me. The staff member was so kind and spoke to me with respect and even managed to get me to laugh a little. This staff member was the one who did the scan and administered the medication. They really are a credit to Wiston Clinic. I hope this reaches them somehow because an experience that could of been entirely awful wasn't. Everything was explained to me throughly and I left feeling understood and prepared. Thank you
