"Follow Up Appointments Neurology"

What makes me sad is that the Neurologist is brilliant but I have discovered there is a 2 month wait for the administration staff to process the clinic reports.

I telephoned to ask if my neurologist had made the referral to another clinic and was told they are over 8 weeks behind in typing up reports and that they could not possibly give me any information as they hadn't even begun processing Octobers work!!

I am now in the process of making complaints to PALS, my MP etc as I am convinced the Consultants are possibly unaware of the backlog.
