"Simply a good experience"

I came into A&E Tuesday night with a persistent stabbing head pain, I must say that the service was great.

The receptionist and triage nurse put me at ease straight away which helped as I was on my own.

The initial ECG and bloods were carried out by a trainee and their mentor, both of these staff members do your department proud.

Once I was called through to the department I was felt with promptly by the team who were excellent.

The two nurses running the booking in, tracking and treatment of patients and us lot clogging up the fluids area were beyond professional yet happy and in control of a busy area.

The doctor that treated me is also a credit to your hospital.

Thank you all so much for what you do in difficult circumstances, you are all hero's to me.
