On Tuesday last week my District Nurse was again unable to replace my catheter due to enlarged prostate problems,
The nurse phoned Sunderland Urology urgent care direct to get me fast tracked through Urology,
(I have been there before) and the Nurse Practitioner recognised me as an old customer and fixed my intense pain immediately. Thank you to all staff.
However,the new accommodation in the urgent care area left a lot to be desired, even though the staff rere just about coping. why on earth was it moved upstairs?
