From the moment I was referred to the hospital the process was seamless. I received a letter in the post providing me with all the details I needed to know in advance, and a telephone call 2 days before my appointment meant I could check everything in advance. On the day the care received was first class from the receptionist to the nurses, doctors and support team involved. Thank you for making everything run so smoothly.
