Very professional, informative, personal and friendly staff that advised about every aspect after my brothers life was been ruined by over active bladder prior to for a number of months and immediately after botox. The advice made a great difference to his life and employment and the supply of product all sorted, Follow up phone call very appreciated. Really can't thank you all enough.
