I came in Russel Hall after being discharged from another hospital with a very bad abscess. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left, I felt totally in great hands.
The doctor I saw is a true diamond and professional from the minute I arrive. They got me diganoised quickly and was so reassuring.
The theatre team made me feel safe, relaxed and the recovery team where amazing. I was like looked after on my return to the ward by a member of staff who was AMAZING
The ward staff, right down to the domestic where fantastic and I can’t thank them enough
Don’t want to visit anytime some but wow what a team
