I am writing this review on the behalf of a vulnerable elderly relative who has been waiting for an urgently need pain relief prescription for over a week.
I have found this whole process extremely frustrating and I am confused as to why this process appears to be so complicated.
I appreciate surgeries are busy but my relative was in extreme distress and I was only trying to get something which she should have had a week ago. My request for assistance was met with indifference , a lack of empathy and in my view a totally unprofessional uncaring attitude.
I am hoping this matter will be resolved today but
I am not hopeful.
