"My Mum's appointment not listed anywhere"

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

I have been ringing continuously for three days and no one it seems is able to help me find out when my mums appointment for surgery will take place. I explained the situation so many times too so many people but all I have been given is another telephone number to ring. This is not helpful, I have got my mum’s GP to resend letters, but still no one knows what is going on. I am extremely disappointed.
