I am not impressed with the the process of contacting the clinic. It is impossible. Today the telephone rang and rang. And finally someone picked up the phone and then put it straight down. All in all about 30 minutes of my time since I was first put in contact with the wrong clinic by the first 'gate keeper' /reception telephone operator.
I am trying to contact the clinic since I was told I would have a follow up appointment after I had taken the prescribed medication for 4 weeks. This has not happened and I was wanting to know what was going on and what to do.
I hope someone sees this posting and gets in contact with me.
