I was referred to forward thinking in September after a 5month hospital stay and had a letter to say they would make an appointment in a week, 3 months later not heard anything?!

Sorry to hear that. The Forward Thinking Birmingham ?service for under 25 year olds is provided by a different Hospital Trust. You can contact them via their Access Centre on 0300 300 0099.
