Does beg the question where our money goes.

My daughter has a wart and has had for quite some time. Dr agreed it needed freezing, but as they were in to help out, needed to check with the only remaining permanent resident Dr who said to carry on with the acid. It has been months. We are now having to pay for it to be removed as my daughter is upset about having it on her thumb for so long.

Not the first time we have had rubbish treatment, but sadly there are no better local practices. Please get someone is to fix this shambles of a practice, now!

I am sorry to hear that you and your daughter have had such a negative experience at the Practice.

However, please be aware I am limited to what information I can exchange with you depending on the age of your daughter.

I can confirm we have had 3 permanent employed GP's in place for some time now - Doctors Venkatraman, Amira and Ishmail and we are all working very hard to provide the best possible service to all of our patients.

All patient feedback is discussed at our team meetings so we will take on board your comments and I do hope that your next encounter with the Practice is much more positive.
