(as the patient),

I am receiving physiotherapy after a knee op and wanted to give a report on Ellen Dawson, from Mickelham Road clinic (St Pauls).

Ellen is always on time, which is lovely, because I know where I am.

She's always cheerful and very efficient.  She gets the job done and on to the next one.

I really can't fault her.
