About: Inclusion Visions Thurrock (Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service)

(as a service user),

I find that attending the service is easy, and this is because I have an understanding key worker, M. 

My key worker has guided me in the right direction and has supported me in my recovery journey.

when I have had a bad day in the past it is good to know that if I call my keyworker he will always call me back to talk and genuine support has been given.

It's reassuring to know that you feel that your relationship with your keyworker is very positive and supportive. It's also good to hear that when you are going through difficult times you look after yourself by seeking support.

Hi Freddo

Sorry I forgot to respond to the comment about the WIFI...

We are aware it is not always the best. We are having building work done in January and when that is completed, I will be looking in to possible improvements to the strength of our WIFI
