"I have to say it was a 10/10"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

I visited the ENT department at Ayr Hospital and I have to say it was a 10/10. The Doctor explained everything in detail about my operation and it was very helpful. He gave me the full monty explanation and what I should expect afterwards and I really appreciated this.

All the staff I met were very good, it must be a good environment to work in!

I have to go back in the New Year for my next appointment
