I would like to point out that most staff at the maternity triage ward are friendly and helpful.
I have been contacted regularly about my pregnancy care, as I have developed gestational diabetes and advised to have an induction.
The low points to this ward is too many people are involved in my care so I'm rather confused and stressed with having scans one week, monitoring the next.
I am now almost 40 weeks and after my last check up (all was well) I was told I would be called to go to hospital for induction.
However the staff are very busy and have no bed space for me.
So I'm left with waiting for natural labour or induction as advised by midwife and consultant.
