I would like to thank my doctor for the referral they gave me to my surgeon at Addenbrookes hospital. I suffered from hemi-facial spasms and after treating me with Botox injections on several occasions my doctor agreed that they were no longer providing me with the relief required. They made the referral for MVD surgery at Addenbrookes Hospital, I want my thanks to be passed on to my doctor. The surgery went ahead in May 2017 and am so happy to say was a complete success, I no longer suffer from the exhausting condition. I have received other treatment from the hospital in different departments including a 11 day stay and cannot praise the staff enough for the care that I received. If you could please pass on my thanks to my doctor, I would really appreciate it.
