"Doctor nurses good rest inadequate"

The doctor's and nurses are good people but let down by decisons of local authority..... the reception and other staff are poor, one or two are ok but most no understanding of helping patients with their basic needs, instead having to waste a doctor's appointment on an admin issue, the NHS is crumbling along with it is undercliffe surgery a previously good surgery being lethargic and unhelpful causing patients needless stress and worry, taking a long time to answer phones absent senior staff on regular basis not doctor's or nurse's
