What I liked
The morning Nurses were excellent, very efficient, friendly and kept me informed of what was going on. The registrar took time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
A side room was provided and everyone was very sensitive to my situation.
Food was good
What could be improved
There was no formal discharge process.
After my operation at lunch time the dr talked through everything. However later in the day around 1800 I felt ready to leave, the nurse removed my canular and then left the room. After 30 mins I looked for someone to ask if I could go. They asked me if I needed any tablets to which I said no so they said it was fine for me to go.
