"Could not get much worse than this surgery."

I have been a patient here a very long painful time. In the last year I have been let down by this surgery on a huge scale. They have refused me appointments when I have been extremely ill, admin staff have lied about doctors being at the surgery only to have their voices come over the speaker system while I am stood at reception. I have needed help with benefits that have been stopped - to travel to appointments, and been told to take it out of my food money. They are now making getting my repeat prescription difficult for no reason. when my partner accompanied me, and asked why they were letting me down, he was told he was being aggressive even though clearly he wasn't, and told if he spoke again he would have to leave. I have ongoing illnesses I need treatment for which I have now had to give up on as I cannot get to appointments and no one will help.
