On a visit to London, I fell and fractured my spine, my treatment at the princess royal hospital was good in virtually all aspects.

The problem was that I needed a made to fit brace. From the day of ordering, it took 11 days for it to arrive and when it was finally delivered by the Medical Rep, he said " You could have had it in 4 or 5 days"

So I basically spent an extra week taking up a hospital bed unnecessarily, bed bound and just waiting when I could have just had the brace fitted and left the bed for some one else's effective use.

My treatment as stated above was really good, from the consultation to the nurses, even the ward orderlies were all excellent.
