Service recieved was as expected from the nhs surgery staff.

Awful communication regarding appointment time. My son was having a minor surgery done appointment was at 12pm they came to see us at 4pm. We were told to starve our son since 7:30am that morning. He a one years old and was agitated due to hunger. Nurses couldn’t tell us when we will be seen they didn’t even try to give us an estimate.

For minor surgeries I will now definitely be going to my private health service provider.
