What I liked

The nurses were great and the liaison psychiatry nurses were amazing

What could be improved

Some of the doctors can be moody and judgemental but it could be the culture differences they come from, i think the cleaning could also be improved.

Anything else?

No hospital is perfect due to the lack of staff and hard work the nurses and doctors have to do, it must be very stressful so sometimes it can't be helped if a nurse or doctor can be cranky sometimesCleanlinessPsychiatryDoctorsNursing staff

Thank you for your comments. I would like to apologise for you having to wait so long for a response. We have had a few issues in spotting comments that have come through from NHS Choices to Patient Opinion.

As your comments concern nurses and doctors in general I will ensure that your feedback is included in our daily global email which goes out to all staff.

I appreciate your comments about cultural differences, however I would not wish for any patient to feel that they were treated by 'moody' or 'judgmental' staff so I will ensure that this issue is raised with the Medical Director.
