Hi,
I am writing in relation with my wife's appointment,I had raised on 27th November 2017.
We have received reply on same day.

The issue is remain same till the date,I have tried my best to contact Hospital on number provided - 02088695118 and other numbers-0208869 6773 and 02088692148.
No response or recording facilities available and phone call is auto cut off after some time.
I had tried many different days and time but no response was received.This is quite frustrating.
Why this hospital -ENT clinic is not re -arranging appointment which was cancelled by hospital itself ?
Why are we not hearing from hospital anything about new appointment after 1 month ?
Who is responsible if my wife get permanent disability ?
I hope I can get reply with suggestion or e mail -so atleast I should have some communication proof.
