"Just perfect"

Excellent 111 service, got to speak to a person within a minute who was professional and considerate. Was reassured I did not need 999, was promised a doctor would call me within two hours and one did in less than this. Was given an appointment for a few hours later at a convenient location where I was seen within ten minutes of my appointment time. What more could one ask for? I was dealt with utter professionalism at all times. Fantastic service.
