About: Rotherham Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was in a and e due to appendicitis - the staff were so friendly and monitored my pain during my time on the accident and emergency department. The doctors were uncertain what the cause of my complaint was but referred me to the correct specialty and informed me throughout. Once a bed was available I was transferred over fine no concerns with that ward either apart from I couldn’t rest they transferred me to a quieter ward which was appreciative. I had surgery the next day and was always treated with dignity and respect - the only thing I could grumble at was my discharge wasn’t the best but the hospital itself was fine
