"horrible hospital ever."

My son has been in and out of this hospital via A&E for the past 2 weeks and has had no diagnosis for the pain that he's still in today. Doctors literally forget she ever came and didn’t even give her a promised follow up appointment

I’ve never seen such unorganised and rude staff. It was very bad to see staff are talking very loudly to each other when people wait for hours in a&e and when they finally get a chance the patient understandably wants to rest!! There is no respect for patients whatsoever I will definitely be taking this further.
