"Fractured Hip"

My elderly Mother was admitted to A&E with a fractured hip following a fall. Her operation took place within 24 hrs. We both observed dedicated , caring and courteous staff from start to finish both in A&E and on the Newdigate ward. We will have a lasting memory of being surrounded by cheerful staff who in some cases were working extremely long shifts. The cleanliness of the ward was excellent and even the public toilets were extremely clean. This would appear to be a well managed hospital. Thank you to all concerned.
