"Complete waste of time"

About: Sevenoaks Hospital

Today I went to the Sevenoaks Minor Injuries Unit as I have had an issue for a while that has gotten worse - but did not require attendance to Accident and Emergency. I was seen fairly quickly but the Advanced Nurse Practitioner that saw me had the most arrogant, patronising and dismissive attitude. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner did not contribute in anything to resolving or helping my situation and, as a healthcare professional working for the NHS that I am, I was frustrated and angry at such lack of efficiency and would never demonstrate that kind of attitude towards my patients. I would most definitely expect a better treatment from my employer (NHS). Very disappointed.
