My son attended the above department for shoulder surgery on Saturday 2/12/17, I went along to keep him company. From the minute we walked into the department at 07:20 we couldn’t have had better care. Yes there was a bit of waiting around but I don’t see how this can be avoided. Anyway, the reason I’m writing this review is to say that the receptionist on duty that day is a credit to your hospital, they greeted everyone who entered the department with a cheery smile and did everything they could to help, whatever the request. I’m sure she brightened the day for every patient who walked through that door.
