Unable to get an appointment , no doctors available. The one time I got an appointment my issues were not addressed fully, I felt like I was a nuisance , at least look at your patient and talk to them.
I was very poorly and was told to go to walk in centre, never mind I couldn't drive. The worse thing about this I work at a surgery and this would not happen if someone is unwell and needs appt . There are urgent ones for on the day ahead try our best to see our patients, or we will phone them and triage them. Totally unacceptable attitude by reception considering they are not clinical. I wonder if it was one of their family or friends whether the same thing would have happened .
My daughter had to go to her surgery today they had no appts but they fitted her in.
I managed to get some antbx from GP at my work. What about these poor souls that are unable to do that.
Sorry but this in unacceptable and I despair.
