Vanda has been very helpful in my recovery and always makes me feel at ease talking about my issues, she is very considerate and professional.  I would not be in the good position I’m in now if it wasn’t for Vanda.

Hi

Ill certainly pass this on to Vanda. Having staff being able to 'put people at ease' as you put it is crucial. Otherwise people wouldn't open up and be able to confront the issues they face. Sounds like you have managed to do that which is great. I would suggest that you are in the position you are in now because of the hard work you have put in. Vanda would have played a part in that but make sure you take a large slice of the credit.
