I cannot rate highly enough the professionalism, attention to detail, compassion and good humour I experienced from all at Bournemouth Hospital during my recent stay. These attributes were shown from the person who cleaned the ward, to the A&E Department, the cardiac theatre staff and after care nurses.

Thank you for your feedback and we hope you are now feeling better after your cardiac treatment.

Time and again we hear how important a good sense of humour is, both to patients and staff, as it helps alleviate stress and tension, fear and anxiety and generally keeps peoples spirit up when at a low point. When this is mixed with good care, compassion and professionalism it makes such a difference for patients going through difficult and uncertain times.

It was lovely to hear that you experienced this throughout your journey from A&E to the Cardiac theatres and wards and I will be sure to share your kind comments with those areas.
