Visited this department today and would like to thank the staff for their pleasant, relaxed attitude. I know the department works under tremendous time pressures but at no time did I feel rushed or a nuisance and was treated with dignity and respect. Every question I asked was answered clearly and I came away reassured that my concerns had been honestly addressed - so different from experiences elsewhere, thank you.
