"Well-Being Service and Bereavement Care at John Taylor Hospice."

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am so grateful that I could access this service when I needed it.

Everyone that I came into contact with at John Taylor Hospice was so nice. I felt they understood what I needed at a time when I did not even know what I needed.

It was so helpful having someone to share your deepest thoughts, worries and experiences with. And it helped being able to work through my grief as well as talking through my worries and concerns about my family's grief and how to support them too.

The whole experience at such an awful time in my life was one of empathy, understanding and support. 

I can't thank them enough, they are truly wonderful people.
