"Doctors do not listen"

I have had to chase appointments since july for bladder pain and back pain for not sending me a return appointment. Has untrasound scan then ct scan found large kidney stone saw consultant who said i cannot help you there is no report. I now have to wait till 12 december (useless) also the last 2 appointments i have had to wait over 1hr each time to see him. Parking costa £10 for nothing on 2 visits please note this is really unacceptable for me being a amputee and find it hard to walk
