I have deviated septum and correctin for me to breath properly as a op would do the trick in one go but all the seem to want to do sprays and the op according nhs London takes 30 minutes at the most and no more sinuses or snoring and smelling problems ever surely this is the way forward eith this problem and it would save a lot appointments and time wasting and messing around
