"First-class service"

I have always had excellent service from this Partnership. The reception staff are helpful and quick to respond to particular enquiries or needs. Appointments for e.g. blood tests are booked in quickly and the nursing staff are always very pleasant and efficient.

I welcome the opportunity to book an appointment online when there is no immediate urgency. This means that I can choose always to see the same doctor, which I find helpful.

My recent appointments have been with a doctor who I find extremely empathetic and very thorough in their questioning and examinations. I also appreciate the detailed information and advice that they give so that I am as fully briefed as possible on whatever medical concern is the reason for my visit. Although they have to keep to a fairly strict timetable there is never a sense of being rushed or of them not having time to listen. All this is much appreciated.

I have rarely had to wait for more than a few minutes over my scheduled appointment time. The waiting area is warm and comfortable.

Over many years now I have had consistently good treatment from this Partnership and I commend them for their professionalism and caring attitude.
