3 times visited and 3 times as struck by the professional, caring, efficient, welcoming services provided.
First for a bladder inspection when a cancerous polip was identified, pre op assessment carefully and professionaly conducted, op day was worrying at first but soon put at my ease by the approach of the whole team from nurses, staff, anaesthetist and surgeon. Polip removed and bladder cleaned, discharged OK. new visit some months later after identification of several kidney stones. again the same caring, professional attitude from all concern. More difficult this time as a pelvic keideny made the operation a little more tricky. Stayed 3 days in own room always beautifully taken care of, from the cleaners to the nurses to the tea ladies and men, consultants and other medical staff.
If there is one fault it lies with the Administrative side when documents and paperwork take a very kong time to be forthcoming and results are only obtained after persistent phone calls and requests. Otherwise and despite original anxieties it turned out to be a extrmely good experience - despite the occasional physical pain. Congtaulations Airedale.
