I was referred by my GP on Friday 1/12/17 to the Medical Day Unit ,
Reception booked me in as I arrived and was shown to chairs to wait to be seen,
As I have worked on at the hospital for a ten years before retiring two yeas ago so new some of the staff,
I was called into the unit to be booked in ,everything was done very proffesonally and with a lot of care ,
At that time a lovey housekeeper brought me a lovely coffee,
After all the forms were filled in had my bloods done I went back to wait for my iultrasound.
That was done art the time it was booked again with lovely caring staff,
By the time I was on the unit I was told by the nurse I was to be treated for a DVT ,they had rang npmy dr surgery to arrange my medication and told me all the things I needed tipi do with this condition,
Mant thanks for the amazing care by all the staff that day
