What I liked

I was very impressed with the complete care package that I recieved when I had knee replacement surgery. I felt that I was treated as an individual, not just a number. I found the medical staff professional, caring and friendly. From the Surgeon to the equally important person who delivered tea / coffee throughout the day I felt that I received the best possible treatment.
