About: The Dale Medical Practice

Every time there is a problem I went to get checked for pain in my foot finger without a proper check with understanding what the problem is it was announced that it is a Gout Pain whereas I knew it is not I was prescribed and advised to take the prescription..... Doctors always attended me with care but the nurse is careless and dangerous as well
