Always able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time in consideration to how long some family members have to wait at other surgeries.
The nurse was really thorough when I attended for my pill check, they were genuinely interested instead of box ticking.
Reception staff are super efficient allbeit not too friendly, I would much rather them be the way they are than super smiley and unorganised. I had an appointment with the GP who referred me for ear syringing and within an hour I had been contacted by the ear syringing service with an appointment.
Generally great service and genuinely caring clinicians.
